A small nursing home in Edinburgh has a permanent contract available for an experienced Registered General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disabilities Nurse as Deputy Manager.

Job Summary:
  • Lead a team of nurses and healthcare assistants
  • Support with clinical audits and inspections
  • Oversee the delivery of clinical and personal care services

Salary: £23.25 per hour, equivalent to £46,546 per annum, making it a highly competitive offer in the area.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the delivery of clinical and personal care
  • Ensure clinical records are maintained according to standards
  • Support the Home Manager with operational tasks
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC registration as an Adult General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disabilities Nurse
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within the care sector
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
