As a Care Assistant at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing person-centered care to our residents. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration and vital signs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a care setting, preferably with the elderly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues.
  • An SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of dementia care principles and practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
