About the Opportunity:

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of £21.32 per hour, plus optional overtime paid at time + 33% (£28.02 per hour). Our benefits package includes a joining bonus, enhanced sick pay, fully funded pension scheme, and much more.

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care. Key responsibilities include promoting the highest standards of nursing care, supervising junior staff, maintaining accurate records, and providing advice and guidance to residents and colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Post-graduate experience in a care setting (ideally 12 months), with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of the NMC's code of professional conduct and ability to maintain accurate records.
