About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team in Edinburgh, where you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients, including blood tests, toxicity assessments, and chemotherapy administration.
  • Manage IV/Oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, and line care.
  • Perform IM/SC injections and other related tasks.
  • Work independently while maintaining regular contact with the wider nursing team.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and therapies to enhance patient care.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £43,000 per annum, along with a fully expensed company car and fuel card or a car allowance of £4,877.50 per annum plus mileage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience in community-based work is desirable but not essential.
  • Competence in administering chemotherapy, cytotoxic drugs, cannulation, and clinical assessments.
  • A SACT Passport is desirable but not essential.
