Lead a Team of Professionals

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General and Clinical Services Manager to lead our team of professionals at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and setting the highest standards of care
  • Monitoring standards through regular audits and clinical practice
  • Developing and delivering strategies to achieve quality care goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You should also have experience in helping residents with different health needs and a track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.

In addition, you will need to have some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
