Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled General Practice Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Ayrshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of high-quality patient care and improve prescribing practices in primary care.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical guidance on prescribing and medicines use to GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective prescribing practices.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver medication reviews and improve patient outcomes.

You will require:

  • A Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Vocational Training (Level 2) or equivalent training experience.
