Support Practitioner

Your responsibilities will depend on the needs of the individuals that you support, which can include providing social support to help people engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various clubs and leisure activities.
Additionally, you may be involved in administering and monitoring medication as part of your medical support duties.
In terms of practical support, you will assist people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
The salary for this role is £22,000 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour working week.
