We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist - German Speaking to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our European growth strategy, supporting our sales team across regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out, and winning new customers, resulting in additional Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) at or above quota level.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in SaaS business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the B2B financial information provider space. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align priorities and focus on high-impact prospects, leveraging digital tools to track progress and optimize outbound campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and delivering ARR target by generating qualified sales leads and turning them into new customers
- Managing the full sales process, from lead qualification to closing
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align priorities and focus on high-impact prospects
- Optimizing outbound campaign effectiveness and conversion of prospects during each phase
- Leveraging digital tools to track progress and manage deals efficiently
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in SaaS business development and sales
- Strong understanding of the B2B financial information provider space
- Fluent English and proficient German language skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance from a leading university
Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Flexible hybrid model, with options for remote work
