Job Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Learning Plans

Identify clear learning objectives and develop strategies to support students' academic progress. Collaborate with teaching staff to determine effective assessment methods and implement targeted interventions.

Support Teaching Staff and Students

Work under the guidance of senior staff to implement work programmes with individuals or groups, both in and out of the classroom. Assist teachers in planning, preparing resources, and managing classroom activities.

Supervise Pupils and Administer Examinations

Accompany teaching staff and pupils on visits, trips, and out-of-school activities as required. Ensure effective supervision and take responsibility for administering examinations when needed.

Maintain Effective Relationships

Establish supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
