Business Growth Project Manager

TK Elevator invites applications for a Business Growth Project Manager to lead the development and execution of business growth strategies. This role requires a seasoned project manager with a proven track record in business analytics, project management, or a similar field.

The successful candidate will oversee business improvement projects and initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as a central point of contact for project updates. This individual will track, interpret, and present key data from business improvement projects, ensuring alignment and progress reporting at the SLT.

This is a critical position that requires strong project management skills, advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting, and proficiency in PowerPoint for creating professional presentations tailored to senior leadership audiences.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in overseeing cross-functional projects and working with diverse teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify performance gaps, root causes, and areas to improve the customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
