The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue in both analogue and digital packaging segments. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive sales and revenue in analogue and digital packaging segments.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Travel domestically and internationally (50-75%) to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience in the Flexographic and/or Packaging Industry.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of current and past Flexographic and/or Packaging technology and trends in the industry.
  • High interpersonal management skills, able to lead in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills: listening, verbal, written, and visual communication.
  • Able to conduct effective customer/user interviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
