We are seeking a talented Digital Account Manager to join our Client Success Department at Visualsoft, a leading UK-based ecommerce provider. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, immersing yourself in their businesses to deliver exceptional growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in developing relationships with high-profile clients and experience across digital marketing channels. They will be confident in delivering innovative and forward-thinking strategies to drive growth, while also being committed to understanding the client's needs and delivering a bespoke service.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and developing plans and strategies to address them.
  • Client Growth: identifying opportunities for client growth, developing and implementing targeted strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Escalations: resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.

Additional requirements include a keen interest and/or experience in consultative selling, a detailed understanding of the digital landscape, and strong communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, understand client needs, and develop plans and strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within either marketing, digital, or ecommerce.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Keen interest and/or experience in consultative selling.
  • Detailed understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
