Job Description:

As a Learning Mentor for Special Needs, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN, promoting their academic and personal growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create personalized learning plans, addressing the unique needs of each student.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging students to thrive and reach their potential.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress, providing valuable insights for teachers and parents.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Hold a relevant qualification, such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate, demonstrating your commitment to supporting students with SEN.
  • Demonstrate experience working with children with SEN, showcasing your ability to adapt to diverse needs and provide effective support.
  • Be available for flexible assignments, including weekdays and weekends, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive support.

Salary Information:

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, recognizing your expertise and dedication to supporting students with SEN.
