About the Role: As Head of SEN Department, you will play a key part in shaping the strategic direction of our school's Special Educational Needs provision. You will be responsible for leading a team of teachers and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all students receive the best possible education and care.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of leadership principles and practices, as well as experience of working in a school setting. They will be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and have a proven track record of improving outcomes for students with special educational needs.
