Job Title: Special Education Needs Case Manager
Salary Range: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced SEN Case Manager to support the delivery of our transformation programme within the Learning and Skills Group. This role will enable young people with learning difficulties & disabilities to achieve their full potential at key transition points.
- The successful candidate will write and amend Education Health and Care plans, managing casework throughout the EHCNA process.
- They will ensure a person-centred approach and adherence to LA policies and SEN legislation, meeting standards and timescales as outlined in the Code of Practice.
- SEN Case Officer qualification (Grade 11 SCP 29-33).
- Remote working capability.
