Office and Finance Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team as an Office and Finance Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career in administration to the next level and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a variety of accounts and financial functions including accounts payable, statement reconciliation, and assisting with weekly/monthly payroll.
- Overseeing vehicle fleet/plant services, including MOTs, and coordinating maintenance by scheduling services, handling repairs, and updating the certificate of conformity annually.
- Dealing with administration tasks such as obtaining quotes, monitoring paperwork, and ordering PPE.
- Carrying out general office duties including answering calls, managing filing systems, and deputising for the Office Manager in their absence.
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in accounts, finance, and administration.
- A passion for career growth and a drive to develop.
- IT skills including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and accounting software.
- Excellent customer service, communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £12-£15 per hour, dependent on skills and experience, and are located in Conwy with free car parking available. This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday.
