We are looking for someone who is adept at sales, who has the hunger for closing the deal whilst upholding compliance and ethics. If you have dental experience, great If not, not to worry, we can train you on the job.

What we truly need is someone who believes in delivering an exceptional experience every time, who can comfortably perform consultations with patients, sell our incredible services, and has the organisational skills to manage their leads, payments, patient lab work/deliveries and appointments.

**Duties**:

- Perform consultations with patients and talk through the value and benefits of our services
- call and follow up leads to book new patients in for consultations
- Handle and resolve patient complaints or concerns
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
- work with our admin team to ensure patient needs, lab work, appointments and payments are up to date
- support patients through our available finance options
- follow up with previous consultations and warm leads
- meet performance expectations

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Previous customer service and sales experience is preferred
- Previous dental practice experience is preferred but not essential

Practice hours for part-time or full time (30-40+).

Monday: 8am till 6pm

Tuesday: 8am till 6pm

Wednesday: 8am till 5pm

Thursday: 8am till 6pm

Friday: 8.30am till 4.30pm

Weekends are currently closed.

Please note, you will need to be able to meet the practice hours and be flexible to ensure we are able to meet the needs of our patients. Working patterns may vary.

Pay: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
