Brook Street is seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Smooth Office Operations Assistant. This position involves supporting the legal team, managing documents, and ensuring smooth office operations.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Legal Team: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing documents and schedules.
  • Document Management: Manage documents, including drafting, proofreading, and filing.
  • Liaising with Clients: Liaise with clients and provide case updates in a timely manner.
  • Meeting and Hearing Coordination: Coordinate meetings and hearings.
  • Billing and Timekeeping: Assist with billing and timekeeping functions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in conveyancing (Residential or Commercial).
  • Familiarity with Local Legal System: Familiarity with the local legal system.
  • Strong Communication and Organisational Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and tech skills.
  • Friendly Demeanour: Friendly demeanour for reception duties.
