Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Supertemps Limited in the Denbigh region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the company's financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure financial stability.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and statutory accounts.
• Perform profitability analysis by product and customer to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and growth.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience, plus benefits. This is an office-based role working full-time hours, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
