HR Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team at Click Digital in Broughton.

This hybrid role involves working closely with local and transnational teams, providing HR advice and ensuring alignment with global HR strategy and local legislation. The successful candidate will be responsible for employee support, business partnership, development and coaching, information flow, resource planning, career development, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Support: Provide proactive support to employees, addressing HR-related matters and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Business Partnership: Foster strong relationships with local and transnational teams, providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Development and Coaching: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with business objectives.
  • Information Flow: Establish a two-way communication channel with the business and HR Centres of Expertise, ensuring awareness of HR policies and providing input on business needs.
  • Resource Planning: Collaborate with managers to develop effective resource plans, including skills assessment, headcount planning, and internal/external mobility.
  • Career Development: Advise employees on career growth opportunities, supporting deployment and integration of people development, remuneration, and talent management processes.
  • Employee Relations: Ensure effective employee relation solutions align with local employee relation policy and practice.

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
