Job Description

The ARM company is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to support their team in Broughton.

The expected hourly salary for this role is £30.42 per hour, paid through an umbrella company.

Main Tasks:
  • Coaching employees and managers to improve their performance and skills.
  • Maintaining HR policies and advising managers on business needs.
  • Supporting managers with recruitment, resource planning, and staffing.
  • Advising employees and managers on career development and talent management.
  • Implementing employee relations solutions within local policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Heavy duty case management experience.
  2. Generalist HR knowledge with change management skills.
  3. Proactive approach to addressing business issues.
  4. Good communication and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Awareness of compliance risks.
