HR Specialist, Employee Relations, Case Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at New Ventures Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex employment issues, providing proactive support to managers, and ensuring good employment practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of HR cases, scheduling and prioritizing activities based on case needs and deadlines.
  • Provide over-the-phone and face-to-face support to managers or act as HR lead on complex people matters.
  • Record cases accurately on the Case Management System and ensure cases are managed proactively and driven through to conclusion.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing complex HR cases.
  • Confident communication with people at all levels, with a style that is clear, engaging, coaching, and collaborative.
  • Experience in applying a commercial and pragmatic approach to providing HR risk-based solutions.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career development, and a dynamic work environment.
