About the Role

As an HR Administrator at HR GO Recruitment in Holywell, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Department with various administrative tasks. This includes liaising with hiring managers, updating the HR database, and carrying out general administration tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent administration and communication skills, with a minimum of one year's experience in generalist HR administration. A good working knowledge of HR systems and experience in HR processes is also desirable.

  • Liaise with hiring managers to ensure all recruitment requisitions are authorised.
  • Update the HR Database with employee contractual and personal information.
  • Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department.
  • Devising standard Human Resources documents and letters.
  • Take notes in formal meetings such as employee disciplinary and grievances.

The salary for this position is approximately £24,500-£26,500 per year, depending on experience.
