Duties and Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Ryan team, the Director of Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth across all Firm service lines. This role involves expanding and cross-selling within client relationships, researching, initiating, and developing new business relationships. The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The Director of Sales will also be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing client services team to drive business growth. This includes coordinating sales efforts with Firm Principals and Practice Leaders for joint-selling activities, providing support to Principals in deal negotiations, contract development, and due diligence, and identifying, researching, and pursuing prospects to generate new business for the Firm.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent with six to eight years of related experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Firm's innovation funding services and the ability to communicate the value proposition to clients and prospects.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, CRM, and Internet navigation and research is required. The successful candidate will also have a valid driver's license.
