Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Location:Barrow-In-Furness
Salary:Negotiable, depending on experience + Executive car allowance + bonus
Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, you will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers responsible for production change management.
You will drive new ways of working, encouraging innovation and assessing the impact of Engineering Change.
Utilising leadership & influencing skills to:
- Implement change in the production programme.
- Analyse large volumes of data, presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
- Assess the potential impact and provide suggestions for mitigations to protect the programme schedule adherence.
Engineering degree to master's level is highly preferred OR equivalent experience.
Previous experience in working/leading in a change environment on an in-build programme.
Experience working in a complex, highly regulated engineering environment.
Experience with stakeholder management and possess the ability to professionally influence others.
