Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers responsible for production change management. You will drive new ways of working, encouraging innovative thinking while assessing the impact of Engineering Change.

You will be responsible for finding the best solution to implement the change in the production programme, analysing large volumes of data, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will assess the potential impact and provide suggestions for mitigations to protect the programme schedule adherence.

Requirements:
  1. Engineering degree to master's level is highly preferred OR equivalent experience.
  2. Previous experience in working/leading in a change environment on an in-build programme.
  3. Experience working in a complex, highly regulated engineering environment such as defence, nuclear, aerospace, or similar.
  4. Experience with stakeholder management and possess the ability to professionally influence others.
  5. Ability to analyse complex data and present high-quality management information to senior stakeholders.
