Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Barrow. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing strategies to support the build of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and standards to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing strategies with business objectives
  • Lead the development of build manufacturing assembly plans and validate required in-yard dates
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Essential:

  • HNC or degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Manufacturing/Structural Engineering experience in a similar industry
  • Design exposure and experience with SAP, Teamcenter, NX, and JIRA

Desirable:

  • Ship build knowledge and experience
  • Subs knowledge and experience
