**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Streamline Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the water industry and construction site environments, with excellent leadership and management skills.

This is a full-time position based in Kilmaurs, offering a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience) and a range of benefits including life assurance, healthcare benefits, and a company pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing safe systems of work and risk assessments
  • Managing procurement and logistics for project deliverables
  • Providing leadership and guidance to site resource
  • Ensuring compliance with client specification and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior project management role
  • Strong knowledge of the water industry and construction site environments
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
