About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to provide support to a young person with complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and engaging in activities that enhance the individual's quality of life.

Salary: £22.94 - £27.04 per hour

Job Description:

  • Provide 2:1 support to the individual at university and home
  • Assist with studies and academic-related tasks
  • Act as a communication partner and engage in social activities
  • Support the individual with personal care needs, including medication administration and mobility assistance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., health and social care, psychology)
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
