Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a busy and varied role that requires efficiency, organization, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will support the Home Manager with a range of administrative tasks, including reception duties, basic finance activities, and coordinating events. They will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors follow infection control rules and will take the lead on coordinating testing requirements and associated administrative tasks.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or reception role and be confident using Microsoft Office. They will also have experience of handling cash and keeping reports up to date.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Maths and English to GCSE level (ideally)
