Administrative Support Coordinator

Siamo Group Ltd is a dynamic organisation that requires a skilled Client Service Administrator to support its expanding operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and timely issue resolution
- Process work orders, manage client requests, and provide post-incident support
- Administer billing processes, manage client queries, and resolve any discrepancies
- Carry out routine administration tasks, respond to customer complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
- A minimum of [X] years' experience in a related field, preferably within a similar industry
- Demonstrable track record of delivering high-quality customer service and resolving complex issues
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (for business use)
Package:
- Salary range: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
