About the Role:

Siamo Group Ltd is a dynamic organisation that requires a skilled Client Service Administrator to support its expanding operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and timely issue resolution
  • Process work orders, manage client requests, and provide post-incident support
  • Administer billing processes, manage client queries, and resolve any discrepancies
  • Carry out routine administration tasks, respond to customer complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of [X] years' experience in a related field, preferably within a similar industry
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering high-quality customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (for business use)

Package:

  • Salary range: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
