About the Role
  • Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

The Scheduling Administrator will effectively manage customer and site requirements accompanied by the scheduling of internal engineers to support queries from a help point of view. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing customer relationships, arranging quotes, and relationship management
  • Dealing with inbound customer enquiries
  • Processing and actioning work orders compiled by clients
  • Managing a portfolio of client requests and providing aftercare
  • Dealing with invoice queries and issuing customer invoices
  • General administration duties
  • Handling complaints in accordance with the agreed escalation process

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience within an administrative or customer service role
  • Natural confidence as a communicator with the ability to build secure relationships
  • A progressive and professional mindset with a desire to grow
  • Previous experience with invoicing or customer queries would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Full UK Driving License

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
