Job Summary:

Exceed Human Resource Consultants seeks a skilled Policy Administrator to manage policy administration, negotiation, and general inquiries. The successful candidate will have a strong background in short-term insurance and excellent communication skills.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage off-platform renewal processes
  • Negotiate policies with clients
  • Handle general inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Manage business reports, including policy screenings, cancellations, and new business
  • Supervise personnel management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 qualification with at least 5 years of experience in short-term insurance
  • Experience in personal and commercial lines
  • RE5 certification
  • Ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills
  • Fully accredited by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
Estimated Salary Range:

R500,000 - R700,000 per annum
