About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Siamo Recruitment, you will be working with a leading firm in the property and site security industry. The company has experienced significant growth, with over 30% increase in the last calendar year.

We are looking for a passionate and confident communicator to join our alarm activation team. The ideal candidate will have previous exposure within an administrative or customer service role, with a strong ability to build secure relationships and provide a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, arranging quotes, dealing with inbound customer enquiries, and processing and actioning work orders compiled by clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients' requests, providing aftercare, and dealing with invoice queries.
