The Job

As an interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately conveying complex information between individuals with different languages and cultures. You will interpret in various settings, including healthcare, law enforcement, and government agencies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret spoken language in person, by phone or video conference
  • Capture nuances of language and convey messages accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Liaise between service users and providers to ensure effective communication

Requirements

  • Fluent English and another language
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Aged 21 or over
  • Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages or equivalent
