Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Define processes, including design of tooling, to ensure the right quantity of components/products are delivered
- Review efficiencies and eliminate waste within the manufacturing process
- Support day-to-day production, ensuring high-quality products/components are delivered to clearly defined standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer with a degree or advanced/higher apprenticeship in engineering, a proven track record in continuous improvement/process improvement roles within manufacturing/production, and a strong understanding of manufacturing methods around machining, welding, and assembly. Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software is essential. As a British passport holder (or dual nationality with British as the first nationality), you will be able to adapt to the company's culture and values.

What We Offer:
This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000-£65,000, dependent on experience, along with 33 days' holiday, pension contributions, four times life assurance, and other benefits such as health cash plans, retail discounts, and gym membership.
