**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Expleo. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for improving manufacturing processes and procedures.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, ideally within a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for designing process feasibility, co-designing products and processes, and conducting style assessments. Additionally, they will monitor requirements, manage assembly integration and validation plans, and develop product and process feasibility for assembly.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design process feasibility and conduct co-design of products and processes
  • Conduct style assessments and quotations
  • Monitor requirements and define scope according to RFQ schedules
  • Manage assembly integration and validation plans
  • Develop product and process feasibility for assembly
  • Define operating modes and evaluate time needed to perform operations using MTM2 analysis

**Requirements**

  • HNC/Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Engineering
  • MTM2 qualification desirable
  • A high level of understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures

**Essential Skills**

  • Knowledge and experience of automotive process engineering
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Experience of designing and installing manufacturing processes and equipment

**Desired Skills**

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong cross-functional team leadership skills
  • Able to work autonomously with a hands-on approach
