We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team in Luton. As a key member of the production department, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, defining processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer who has been directly involved in continuous improvement and manufacturing processes. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting day-to-day production processes
  • Defining and optimizing manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring efficient component/product delivery
Requirements
  • Degree/Advanced/Higher Apprenticeship in Engineering
  • Experience in continuous improvement/process improvement within manufacturing/production
  • Understanding of manufacturing methods around machining, welding, and assembly
  • Proficient in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
Benefits and Salary

The salary for this position is between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including 33 days' holiday, pension contribution, and life assurance.
