Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored care and support, ensuring the individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and accompaniment to appointments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Carer or equivalent role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to meet the individual's changing needs
