Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £16.20 per hour, which includes holiday pay. Our competitive hourly rates ensure that you can enjoy a great income while working as a Care Assistant. Job Description

As a Care Assistant with Newcross Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the Cardiff area. This will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 6 months of experience in caregiving within the past 3 years. You must also be registered with Social Care Wales (SCW) and have a good understanding of care equipment and handling techniques.
