About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at McCall Ltd in South East London and Southern Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a new sales pipeline for a group of franchised recruitment offices.
  • Provide business support to ensure offices run efficiently in terms of candidate attraction, management, and retention, compliance, and resources.
  • Assist franchise offices by providing advice and assistance to implement driver recruitment and retention strategies, competitive pay rates, and benefits, as well as utilising DHGS tools effectively.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 OTE £70,000 plus car/allowance.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong business development and sales experience, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a good understanding of the driving and logistics sector.
