As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a key role in shaping the care pathways and building the culture of our brand-new acute Mental Health service. You will be responsible for ensuring that people admitted are assessed, treated, and discharged safely, as well as managing medication, quality assurance, complaints, and co-production. You will also lead and manage the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards. Additionally, you will be required to take part in the On Call Consultant rota.

As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in psychiatry, with experience in leading and managing teams. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
