As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the care pathways and building the culture of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safe assessment, treatment, and discharge of individuals admitted to our service
- Develop and implement effective medication management strategies
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, manage complaints, and promote co-production
- Deliver NICE guidance and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards
- Be medically qualified, MRC Psych or equivalent
- Be innovative and imaginative with the ability to initiate corporate decisions
- Have essential understanding of current developments in psychiatry and other aspects of mental health
- Have substantial knowledge of change management, relevant legislation, contemporary issues in mental health, and purchaser/provider contractual issues
- Have previous Consultant experience
