Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined caseload, working closely with children, young people, and families to bring about positive change and improved outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments, purposeful interventions, and reviews related to Child Protection, Child in Need, and Children Looked After.
  • Collaborate with partners like the police and seamlessly transfer cases to Family Support and Protection Teams when longer-term intervention is necessary.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in social work, registered with Social Work England.
  • Practice aligned with current professional standards.
  • Solid understanding of social work knowledge, emotional intelligence, and analytical skills.
