Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team in Dundee. As a key member of the finance team, you will provide administrative and bookkeeping support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily cash receipts and reconcile sales ledger to general ledger
  • Issue sales invoices and process purchase invoices
  • Reconcile bank, cash, credit card, and control accounts
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Compile and process payroll
Requirements:
  • Strong accounting experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to switch between companies and process transactions efficiently. A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is available for this position, depending on experience.
