Mortgage PA & Administrator

As a PA you will be supporting the existing mortgage adviser and administrators.

Full training, support and guidance is provided. Their enquiries come from all over the UK which means we operate predominately as a telephone-based business. The office is fun and friendly with a work hard attitude to make it happen. This role is varied and therefore all-round administration skills is essential.

We are a leading firm in the buy to let mortgage sector and as well as mortgages we hold events, produce videos, blogs and content online to add value to our clients.

We are keen for the right people to progress from PA to full mortgage advising.

Your week to week will consist of the following
- Assisting Mortgage adviser with speaking to lenders
- Research of the mortgage market
- Submitting agreement in principals
- Managing the company CRM
- Speaking with Mortgage lenders, solicitors, estate agents and insurers
- Maintaining exceptional client’s relationships
- Undertake in basic underwritten duties
- Copying and scanning relevant documents

Experience and Qualifications
- Must have office experience
- Mortgage experience preferred but not essential
- Confident telephone manor
- Attention to detail
- Process driven
- Keen desire to learn and excel

Pay: £22,308.00-£25,350.00 per year
