About the Role

This Finance Administrator role is an excellent opportunity to join a leading medical devices company as a key member of the financial operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage financial transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and reconcile accounts to ensure compliance and prevent discrepancies.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial data to support business decisions, using financial software such as SAP.
  • Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in finance or administration roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software (SAP advantageous) and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

The salary range for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on location and experience, which reflects the industry standard salary range for similar roles.
