Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Primary Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will create individualised learning plans, deliver one-to-one tuition, assess student progress, and maintain accurate records of student achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies for SEN students.
  • Provide regular feedback and guidance to students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with primary school students with SEN.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing effective teaching strategies.
  • Understanding of different learning styles and needs of students with SEN.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student requirements.
  • Knowledge of relevant educational policies and procedures.
Additional Information:
  • Estimated annual salary: £40,000 - £50,000.
