We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team in the Transformation Unit. The successful candidate will work closely with our paediatric nursing teams, providing high-quality administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient records and databases with accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to external and internal enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the nursing team

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a dynamic team. A typing speed of 60wpm is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,615 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. This role provides opportunities for career growth and development within our organisation.
