The role of People Project Manager is crucial to our success. We are seeking a highly skilled and impactful professional to lead the development and implementation of a new employee handbook across multiple countries. Your expertise will be essential in documenting our core annual processes with clarity and precision, creating a seamless experience for our employees.

As a People Project Manager, you will conduct in-depth analyses to uncover workplace trends and provide strategic insights that inform our People / HR strategies. You will also map out global legal entities' profiles and benefits, giving us the oversight needed to optimize our terms and conditions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the implementation of a new global annual performance review process to standardize and streamline performance evaluation across all regions.
  • Developing, updating, and delivering a comprehensive and engaging employee handbook tailored to multiple countries, ensuring cultural sensitivity, legal compliance, and alignment with our company values and policies.
  • Reviewing and improving existing human resources precedents and templates to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user-friendliness.
  • Documenting and streamlining core annual PEOPLE / HR processes, ensuring they are clear, impactful, and easily understandable.
  • Conducting detailed analyses to uncover people-related workplace trends and providing insights and recommendations for People / HR strategies and initiatives.
